I love Larry David, that’s why I chose to use his pasta in this recipe. Ok, just kidding but you’ve got to admit…Anyway, I really do like this brand of refrigerated pastas, they are as good or better than some of the restaurant and food service brands out there. This feeds into my continuing goal and process of helping you eat restaurant quality foods at home for a fraction of the price. This meal costs $7.68 per plate and is about 35 minutes from start to finish.

To start with, if you don’t like brie cheese, you probably might not like this dish. However, if you don’t know if you like brie you may discover something you’ve been missing all along. This might be a little sophisticated for the younger palates though. I happened to find a BOGO free of this product and that’s the kind of deal you have to look for while shopping, and then come up with something to do with it. After this meal I still have another piece to use on a salad or cheese plate.
